THE VIRTUOUS CYCLE RHETORIC

I've always liked the metaphor and the image that the phrase "virtuous cycle" draws, and I think we see lots of instances of it in the dynamics of human action. So it's no surprise that I liked Kevin Brancato's post on Bill Gates and his use of such rhetoric, both recently and in the past.

Although I also agree with commenter Brian that perhaps Mr. Gates should have his folks spend a wee bit more time writing less buggy/security prone software ... but in the big picture, here's why Schumpeter wins kind of way, Gates gets it and articulates it.
