The radio silence here is a result of my being at the convention for supporters of energy markets sponsored by the Center for the Advancement of Energy Markets. Yesterday was a full day of speakers, all of whom were styled "energy market enthusiasts", topped off with a banquet.
We talked a lot yesterday about how hard it is to articulate in advance the benefits of competition. I'll have more to say on that later, when I have time.
